Description

THIS is Phei, and I gotta say he's evolved into one of my favourite characters. He's devious, vain, a sharp dresser (in his opinion) and too slick for his own good.

I plan on entering him into OCBC, and when that happens, I'll post a full character profile.

i just have this ultimate urge to put him in a head lock and ruffle up his hair, he is so CUTE!!!
